Spiller back in action for Millwall

Danny Spiller played his first game in a Millwall shirt for almost 14 months against Brighton on Saturday.

Danny was a 50th minute substitute and came through his 40 minutes on the pitch unscathed. Sadly it was the only piece of good news for the Lions, who went down 4-1.

The result was a blow to Millwall´s promotion hopes as a win would have seen them go top of League One. As it is they sit third in the table.

Saturday´s trip to Chester in the FA Cup should give Danny another chance to continue his recovery.
